Fermentations Podcast

As part of Challenge Poverty Week, Fermentations Podcast will be hosting a podcast that looks at the relationship between food insecurity, poverty and gender.  Created between Berlin and Glasgow, the concept is formed by Amanda Stanley, producer of The Mogwai Podcast and On The Engender podcasts, and Kate Bailey, a food consultant, chef and writer.

The Challenge Poverty Week themed podcast will include input from Mary Anne McLeod, she leads the policy, research & advocacy work of A Menu for Change project. Her role involves the collection & analysis of data on food insecurity & food bank use in Scotland to inform policy & practice change.
